Frequently Asked Questions

WE…

  • Train all of our employees on the latest health and safety procedures.
  • Use cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines.
  • Use the new and cutting-edge antimicrobial products mPale™ and mPerial™. These products have been lab-tested and have been proven to be 99.99% effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19 for a minimum of 30 days after application. These antimicrobial barriers are applied to high-touch areas in our terminal, onboard our ship as well as our company-owned buses.
  • Voluntarily closed on Mondays (except for holidays) and Tuesdays, on a temporary basis, in order to provide ample opportunity for additional deep cleaning of all Victory facilities.
  • Have hand sanitizer stations available throughout the offices, terminal & ship.
  • Require all employees to wash or sanitize hands and/or equipment every hour and after any physical contact.
  • Have a dedicated staff onboard to continually clean our ship while sailing.

As you probably already know, Victory is different from the major cruise lines because:

  • We never touch a foreign port with either our ship or our crew…our area of operation encompasses only the 3-6 miles of ocean off Port Canaveral.
  • We have no overnight accommodations – we do not have thousands of people living in close quarters 24 hours a day, for multiple days at a time. That’s why being on our ship is no more dangerous than going to any other public place, like the supermarket or the mall.
  • We are a U.S. Flag Vessel and employ 100% U.S. citizens as members of our crew.

WE…

  • Limit the guest capacity on the ship.
  • Reorganize and limit available seating and/or guests on our buses, at gaming tables, in bar and dining areas and at the gift shop.
  • Alternate slot machines by turning off and/or reconfigure with removing chairs. Plexiglass shields are installed between certain machines.
  • Suspended valet parking temporarily. Elite and Public parking will be available at no charge.
  • Implemented a new disembarkation procedure to avoid overcrowding.
  • Suspended Entertainment in Club V temporarily. We will still have live music on the Dolphin Deck.
  • Clearly mark hi-traffic and line-waiting areas with floor stickers for appropriate physical distancing.

WE…

  • Require that face masks are worn, at all times, by all guests, employees and contractors. Gloves are mandatory for certain employees in specific departments.

WE…

  • Require that all guests, employees and contractors have their temperature taken before entering our buses, office, terminal and/or ship. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 °F or higher or exhibiting flu or cold-like symptoms will be denied entry to our buses, office, terminal and/or ship.

WE…

  • Suspended our usual buffet and are only providing à la carte service. A la carte will be available the entire cruise.
  • Closed our self-serve coffee and beverage stations to guests.
